Overview:
A well-established property developer in Swansea is seeking a Property Administrator to join their friendly and growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation and coordination and wants to be part of a business that supports career growth within the block management sector. You’ll be working directly for the freeholder, so there are no AGMs and a supportive, structured environment. The role offers hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the property management team

Prepare and issue correspondence, reports, and documentation

Liaise with residents, contractors, and suppliers

Help maintain property records, databases, and compliance documents

Support with invoicing, budgeting, and general office coordination

Assist with organising site visits and inspections
Requirements:

Previous administration experience (property experience an advantage but not essential)

Strong organisation and communication skills

Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach

Keen to learn and develop within the property sector
