Overview:
A well-established property developer in Swansea is seeking a Property Administrator to join their friendly and growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation and coordination and wants to be part of a business that supports career growth within the block management sector. You’ll be working directly for the freeholder, so there are no AGMs and a supportive, structured environment. The role offers hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the property management team

  • Prepare and issue correspondence, reports, and documentation

  • Liaise with residents, contractors, and suppliers

  • Help maintain property records, databases, and compliance documents

  • Support with invoicing, budgeting, and general office coordination

  • Assist with organising site visits and inspections

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience (property experience an advantage but not essential)

  • Strong organisation and communication skills

  • Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach

  • Keen to learn and develop within the property sector
