Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day management of residential blocks and estates

Liaise with contractors and oversee maintenance work

Assist with service charge budgets and expenditure tracking

Carry out regular property inspections and ensure compliance

Communicate with residents and colleagues to ensure smooth operations

Provide administrative and reporting support to senior managers
Requirements:

Some experience in block or property management (assistant or junior level)

Strong organisation and communication skills

Proactive attitude with good attention to detail

Eager to learn and grow within the business

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
