Home-based New Business Manager / London / £50,000 + Car Allowance

We are now keen to find a New Business Manager for our client, a well-known and highly reputable specialist in the field of residential block management.  They currently manage a significant number of residential blocks varying in size from small New Builds to large residential and commercial mixed-use developments.

Working closely with other Senior Managers and Directors assisting in the growth of the company, you will actively seek and identify new tender opportunities to proactively gain New Business.

Your role and responsibilities will include:-

* Ensuring New Business targets are met through regular contact with new homes developers
* Liaising with Senior Managers and Directors at house builders, property development companies and with RMCs
* Creating and growing relationships with new clients
* Getting involved in departmental strategy and playing an integral part in expanding the business

This position would suit a highly ambitious individual who has worked in residential block management and who has a sales background as well.  This role offers a competitive salary plus car allowance.  In addition, there are opportunities for further progression within this rapidly expanding business.

You must be able to drive to be considered for this role.
